Non-OEM approved Fixed Orifice Tubes

December 10, 2005, - There has been an increased presence of non-OEM approved Fixed Orifice Tubes (FOT's) showing up in the marketplace. ITW, the only OEM Approved source for Fixed Orifice Tubes, has done extensive testing on these products.
The test results show that there is a HIGH risk of HVAC failure potential when using this product. Proper fit, function, and performance has been sacrificed. Please be aware of these problems and report any findings to your local distributor.
