Pretty much like the 2003-1997 Chevy Malibus, the control head is acting up in many 2001 and newer Dodge Stratus. The problem is a conductivity issue inside the control head. We have one scheduled for next Wednesday. I'll make sure to get pictures and repair procedure for an internal bulletin.
