You need a clutch gap adjustment..Remove the 8mm nut on the front plate, remove the front plate and remove a shim...or use a thinner one..When you remove the driver plate, you may not see the shim(s) as they may be stuck on the inside of the clutch plate...But there will be at least one in there. Whacking the plate usually makes them fall out...:) ..Hope this helps..
