Yes, I did Pull a vacuum at 29hg for 45 min. Vacuum Held for 1hr before I Charged into it. Since You mentioned the possibillity of poor air flow at idle, would placing an auxillary fan in front of the grill while the3 engine is idling aid in the troubleshooting process ? Fan clutch appears to be opearating properly. Also, would ther be any harm on adding a couple more ounces of oil to the system ? I am Now wondering if perhaps we have a malfunctioning compressor... even though new.. is this a possibility ?
